Chocoholic cake

 I'm an avid chocoholic and so are my friends...this is our favourite dessert whenever we have get-togethers or if we need somethin sweet....
Ingredients
For the cake:
200g plain flour
3/4 cup castor sugar
2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 cup salted butter (adds a zing!)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda-bi-carbonate
5 tbsps milk (or as necessary)
1 vanilla or 1tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Whisk sugar, and butter in a bowl till light and fluffy. Stir in the yoghurt and vanilla. To this, add flour, baking powder, soda-bi-carb and cocoa. Add the necessary quantity of milk to make a smooth batter. Pour into a greased tin and microwave at 160 degrees for 7-8 mins. It will look sticky. But will set after cooling for 5 mins.

For the sauce: ( I like mine to be dark and mildly sweet. change the proportions according to your taste)
1 cup milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder (u can add more or less as u like it!)
1-1/2 tbsp sugar (u can add more or less as u like it!)
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp butter
Method:
Melt butter in a pan. To this, add cocoa and flour and stir well. Slowly pour milk to this and stir well to avoid lumps. (If lumps form, never fear, just blend it in the food processor!!!) finally add the sugar. Stir well till the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
Pour medium hot over the cake while serving….bon apetit! :)

Yes I know this is a vegetarians' cake….leaving out the egg saves u a few calories!!!  :)
